Ashley Furniture hired MBA as the Construction Manager of this 31,000 square foot steel frame and block building. MBA was responsible for all phases of construction from building permit acquisition through turning over the keys to the owners. This project required a high volume of custom finish work from floor to ceiling to create a sophisticated showroom finish.
MBA Construction is the General Contractor on this project. Scope of this project includes new elevator installation, new community rooms, insulation, doors, windows replacement and the remodel of exterior finishes. Installation of a more efficient mechanical system to include boilers, radiant heating and solar collectors.
Crow Mercantile in Crow Angect, MT is an 8,400 sq. ft. retail store. This Leed Platinum project was designed by High Plains Architects in Billings, MT. The building features structual insulated panels and energy efficient roof.
MBA Construction was the General Contractor on this facility and latrine's upgrade. The locker rooms were expanded for both male and female soldiers. Finishes included new floors, new lockers, toilet rooms, light gauge framing, drywall, ceramic tile, fixtures and paint.
Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership (EICAP) is one of two LEED projects in the area. With a design rating of 'Silver', EICAP now sets a higher standard for buildings all around. This 25,000 SF complete renovation took a dark, 50 year old building with no windows to the center of light and activity for the region. The building now serves as the regional corporate headquarters and training center for one of the areas leader in community service.
MBA was General Contractor for a 60,000 square foot steel frame and block building. MBA was responsible for all aspects of construction from EPA site management, grading and excavation, to bid preparation, subcontractor screening, and approval through construction and final finishes. The project includes several workout areas and rooms, basketball and racquetball courts, along with a swimming pool, and ten large retail spaces.
The Hastings project started off as an over-budget concept to combine three 60 year old buildings into one seamless modern entertainment hub. Through innovative design/build proposals offered by MBA, Hastings became a reality and a great success for all those involved. Hastings boasts one of the more entertaining stores in the area with 22,000 square feet of open floor area as well as an in-store coffee shop, and a Hardback Café. The Café incorporates a drive thru on the West side and an outdoor patio area. The building is also a leader in utility management. To conserve energy and create better integration of stores, all the lighting, security, mechanical, and sound are monitored and controlled digitally from the corporate headquarters in Texas.
The Heart Mountain Interpretive Center was a crucible for the most enduring challenges the American people face - challenges of freedom and order, of civil liberties and national security, of citizenship and exclusion, of race and suspicion, and especially of hope and resilience.
MBA Construction was hired to complete 4 additions to the Hi-Line Retirement/Assisted Living Center which included, a commercial kitchen, dining area, new entry and thermal upgrades to the facility.
Built in the 1970's, the Riverside Plaza was badly in need of a modern facelift. MBA was hired as the General Contractor of this 110,000 square foot shopping center revitalization project. Their efforts included the demolition of 25,000 square feet of retail space, asbestos abatement, steel construction, CMU block, and E.I.F.S. and rock installation. In addition to the exterior overhaul, several of the Riverside Plaza retailers including Bealls, Hard Bodies, and Curves retained MBA to perform tenant improvements. The shopping center remained in business throughout the entirety of all of these projects and the MBA professionals took great care not to disrupt operations and to keep the business owners apprised of all activities.
MBA was responsible for removing and installing approximately 80 new windows in the Roosevelt County House. MBA was able to complete this project in a very tight time crunch.
This 2,000 square foot addition to the Culbertson K-12 School will house the gym and sports equipment. The addition is CMU block construction with a brick veneer to match the existing school. The project shell was constructed of bar joist and deck with a standing seam roof.
The owners of Sunsations wanted to create an upscale spa experience for the patrons. As the General Contractor for this project, MBA completed the build-out of this handsome facility which included the installation of state of the art tanning beds and electronics. This contract involved extensive custom finish work in terms of lighting, flooring, and cabinetry.
Weight Watchers came to MBA late in the year with a concern of how to complete a new store in Idaho Falls, Idaho in time for the new year diet rush. MBA created a vigorous schedule over the holidays and turned it over completed, furnished, and open for business by Dec 31st.
The Williston Public Schools needed over 30,000 square feet of roof repair and replacement. This included ceiling replacement and remodeling of the interior finishes.
MBA was the Construction Manager / General Contractor for this 50,000 square foot community medical office building.
The project included complete construction of exam, x-ray rooms, provider offices and meeting rooms, staff offices, a restaurant/deli and a full basement. MBA was responsible for site work, structure construction, and final finishes.
This remodel was constructed during on-going operations of the hospital, much care was dedicated to noise and dust control. Safety of the construction site was of utmost importance.
This 300 foot plus Sky Bridge connects the new Medical Office Building to the existing Hospital facility. The project was completed while the new medical office building and the hospital continued to service patients. Much care was given to patient and staff safety during construction. Noise, dust, and debris had to be kept to a minimum. At times, work had to be done at night in order to not affect the business operations of the hospital and medical office building.
MBA is the construction manager of a 2,500 square foot new construction of an operating room with an additional 2,800 square foot remodel to facilitate full joint orthopedic surgery.
A state of the art treatment and exam facility. This 3600 square foot dental office is designed with an in-floor medical gas system, X-ray room, vacuum system with three procedure rooms located in Pocatello, Idaho.
This emergency entrance remodel was constructed while the public and ambulances patronized the emergency room of the hospital. Public safety during construction was of paramount concern.
MBA provided construction manage-ment for this 4,000 square foot walk-in Urgent Care medical complex. This project included the construction of exam rooms, staff offices, a nurses station, and waiting rooms. This facility was designed to match the look and feel of the surrounding plaza.
This new 4,000 square foot community health care clinic will provide the needed access to patient consultations, exam and treatment rooms as well as serving as an office for area Health Care Providers. The Health West Clinic will be considered as the health care information center for the residents of Aberdeen, Idaho and South Bingham County.
Cable One hired MBA as the General Contractor of this unique, 11,500 square foot open space service center to provide cable and internet operations, as well as customer service to the customers of this local cable provider. As the General Contractor, MBA facilitated and assisted in the smooth transition of all operations from Cable One?s former building to the new facility. This carefully orchestrated transition was successfully completed in only 2 hours in the middle of the night when it was least likely to inconvenience the Cable One customers.
Judge's Chambers and Jury Assembly Room Tenant Improvement, first and second floor. Complete demolition and renovation of Judge's Chambers and Jury Assembly Rooms including full galleys, restroom facilities, new libraries and meeting rooms. All millwork and custom book cases meet "GSA Standards" and are "Federal Court Quality".
The GSA retained MBA to provide interior renovations to this magnificent office building patterned after a southern plantation. This work involved the design and installation of some unique security features and required MBA personnel to obtain contract-specific security clearances.
Idaho Agricultural Credit hired MBA as the Construction Manager for a new 4,400 square foot facility. The banking facility is constructed with wood framing and sophisticated heating and cooling systems. MBA was responsible for budgets, management of all contractors, environment compliance, quality, and all aspects of the construction process.
MBA was the general contractor for the construction of this 8,000 square foot, modern engineering building. Work on this project included the installation of custom lighting, red brick veneer, EIFS accent, exposed truss wood finishes, and an extensive sun shade system and wood finishes that reflect the engineering firm's distinctive style.
MBA completed over 13,000 square feet of new construction and renovation to the existing facility.
The new addition includes a beautifully redesigned reception area, business managers office, client conference room, small galley and restroom facilities.
MBA was the Construction Manager for this 17,000 square foot steel building used for diesel truck sales, servicing, and repair. As the Construction Manager, MBA was responsible for screening, selecting, and managing all subcontractors, and complying with EPA and DEQ regulations.
This 9,000 square foot office is the new home of the Dry Prairie Rural Water Authority which services North East Montana. This facility includes two separate truck bays with a storage mezzanine as well as offices and a conference room. The geo thermal heating, and under slab hydronics system makes this facility very efficient.
MBA worked with a global energy service company on 4 separate projects which included a 1,500 square foot addition to an existing facility, a new chemical holding tent, a new chemical lab and a 2,600 square foot new facility that houses it’s offices, and an additional wash /lube bay.
Hexom was a design/built 20,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building with a 10,000 square foot office area. The intended use for the facility was for the service of earth moving equipment. Key features included a 10-ton bridge crane spanning the entire width of the shop, 5 drive through service bays and one drive through wash bay. Under an escalated construction schedule, this top notch facility was completed under budget and allowed the owners to occupy the building within 4-months.
MBA was the General Contractor for the construction of this light steel frame construction project. This storage unit condominium complex, which spans four acres, provides individuals with the opportunity to actually purchase a storage unit to use for anything from a weekend garage to a light manufacturing shop. In addition to providing contracting services, MBA partnered with Premier Storage Condos to market the units to prospective buyers.
The Rugged West/ Enterprise Transportation Corporation is a Fortune 500 company with its home office based in Houston Texas. The regional office is located in Watford City, North Dakota.
This project began in July 2011 to provide much needed additional office space and, move upper management from a temporary office trailer into a more functional and productive business atmosphere , due to the growing oil industry in the region.
The new office area is a complete design build so the owners were able to make several changes during the construction. The 2500 sq. addition is attached to the adjacent shop area. This allows easy transition for office personnel to conduct business with their drivers, clients, and in house mechanics.
With the upgraded dispatch and communications facilities the new regional office will help serve and, sustain there increasing oil transportation business in North Dakota, surrounding states and Canada.
MBA was hired on this highly sophisticated Design Build Project of a 2 story 47,494 sq. ft., metal, steal and multi-use facility. The proposed use for this structure is primarily a factory with an added bonus of business offices. It includes a personnel tenant improvement with showers, storage lockers, as well as meeting and break rooms. The shop area will have a 5-ton overhead crane, wash areas and gas fired high pressure washers.
