The MBA Team
The owners of MBA have substantial experience in the contracting industry. The team has worked on projects in over 20 states, as well as in Canada and Europe. Several of these projects were complete turnkey operations. The MBA principals remain involved throughout all phases of construction including project conception, design, preliminary engineering reports, budgeting, construction, and subcontractor management to final completion.
Each MBA principal has a college degree in at least one of the following disciplines: construction management, engineering, business administration, accounting, and law. All of the principals are actively engaged in each project, concentrating on their specific areas of expertise.

Cory graduated from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah with a Bachelor-of-Science degree in Construction Management and Technology. Since graduation, Cory has successfully managed projects ranging a value from $500,000 to $70 million.
Cory has worked as Senior Project Manager since graduation. He is responsible for managing several commercial and industrial construction projects from initial design and bidding, through subcontracting and self-performance. He also manages and trains other project managers and project lead men in the discipline of project management. He prepares and maintains construction budgets on various individual projects throughout the company.

Mark has managed commercial construction contracts valued up to $15 million. Specializing in design build projects. Mark has designed and managed projects in 20 states along with Canada and Europe. On most projects, critical decisions between design and costs are needed to keep a project on budget. Mark specializes in working with owners and architects to form a team to meet the owners requirements while making the tough decisions of how to keep the cost in control.
Mark has been a member of the Key Bank of Idaho Executive Board, and has served on a number of other community bards and task forces in the past. He was awarded by Governor Kempthorne as Idaho's National Small Businessman of the Year in 2006. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Montana State University.

Dan has managed commercial construction contracts valued up to $10 million. In this capacity, he negotiates amicable resolutions of various issues with government regulatory agencies, customers, and vendors. He also acted as the Human Resources director and represented the company on personnel matters.
Dan serves as a part-time City Attorney to the residents of Blackfoot, Idaho. He was honored by Governor Kempthorne with the National Small Businessman of the Year Award for Idaho in 2006. He earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law School in Washington D.C., and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with minor studies in Business Administration and Spanish, from the Utah State University in Logan, Utah.

The MBA team provides a robust mix of experience unparalleled by most competitors. Each individual brings his or her own unique strengths and values to their work. Collectively, the team members have worked in nearly every state in the nation. As a whole, the MBA project managers, lead men, and superintendents represent significant and relevant experience in all construction trades including engineering, excavation, concrete, steel, block, wood frame erection, mechanical, plumbing, and all of the finishes.
These MBA professionals are experienced in working with material suppliers, prefabricated building manufacturers, and subcontractors from all trades including architects, engineers, designers, excavators, concrete suppliers, erection crews, plumbers, electricians, drywall contractors, equipment suppliers, and finishers.
